Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy) – Mullingar, Ireland. An exciting opportunity has become available to join an established PQS office in Mullingar, this will be a full-time permanent position. Our client is one of Irelands leading Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy which provides Cost Consultancy and Project Management Services on both Civil and Building projects throughout Europe. The client is interested in speaking to Quantity Surveyors from a Consultancy or Contractor background. Requirements for the above positions: • Relevant professional experience. • Familiar with current forms of Building Contracts. • Use of computerised bill production software an advantage. • Take control of and manage from inception through to completion one or more projects depending on size and complexity. • Preparation of initial budgets and cost plans. • Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory conclusion and under budget. • Work within a busy professional environment and as part of ability to lead a multi - disciplinary team.
