At Sigmar we are assisting our client in recruiting a New Business Development Manager. Our client have one of Ireland's largest distribution networks and cross the door of hundreds. of outlets on a daily basis. Over the last number of years they have diversified and introduced new. products and services to their Portfolio. The purpose of this role is for the Business Developer to bring this new products and service. to the market place and gather new orders where they can. This role will require a hunter type. sales person with a hunger to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a new business environment, a working knowledge of the foodservice industry would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Skills: Strong Communication Skills. Negotiation and Selling skills. Strong Analytical Skills. Critical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills. Presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Infectious enthusiasm and optimism. Ability to deliver under pressure. Attention to detail. Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within company and the customer. Experience: 2-3 years of Field Based selling experience. Proven track record in delivering sales targets month on month. Full Clean Driver’s License. Package: €45k-€50k Basic salary depending on experience. OTE of further €10k (TBC. Company Car. Phone.
