Director of Food and Beverage 5* Resort. The Director of F&B will liaise with the Executive Head Chef and Culinary teams in all outlets on menu development as well as work with relevant Department and Outlet Managers in relation to Operations and service delivery standards. The scope of the role includes responsibility for fine dining, informal dining, Banqueting/Events, Bars, in-room dining, private dining and afternoon teas. Responsible for budgets, revenue achievement, cost controls, operational efficiencies, standards of service (5 star & preferred status), service quality and delivery, training, development and well-being of teams, guest service experience, service recovery, inventory controls, new innovations and developments, team motivation and satisfaction.
