Salary: €40,000 - €45,000. A financial services provider based in Dublin 4 is looking to add 2 Mortgage Underwriters to their team. The roles are being offered on an initial 12 month contract. Responsibilities: Analyse credit worthiness of all applications. Carry out assessment of credit reports and standard financial statements. Monitor credit policy and performance on an ongoing basis. Ensure all applications fall in line with company policies and external regulations. Assign workload (renewals, referrals etc.) to team members as required to ensure internal and external deadlines are met. Skills and Experience: Must have previous mortgage underwriting experience. Relevant third level degree in business/finance or related area. Minimum APA qualification, QFA desirable.
