RESPONSIBILITIES.  Provide full administrative support to the Resource Planning Team.  Assist Resource Planning Manager in designing systems to ensure effective operation. of HR function.  Expedite all administration tasks required by resource planning activities. (scheduling/setting up assessments/interviews, correspondence, medicals, reference. checking etc.  Support recruitment & selection activities by administering assessments tests and. sitting on interview panels where appropriate.  Deliver projects as agreed with Resource Planning Manager.  Understand the business and ensure that all HR practices comply with organisational. policy.  Ensure any information which comes to light that may have an impact on safety of. operations is promptly communicated to the relevant parties and recorded as. necessary.  Contribute to the improved efficiency of HR practices by working on projects to. enhance the effectiveness of HR and ultimately customer service.  Provide support to the business in order to provide solutions to enhance the. effectiveness of HR and customer service delivery within HR RU.  Manage and update all relevant databases.  Manage HR linked inboxes.  Maintain and develop all file structures to include the document control of HR Interview. guides, Job Descriptions etc.  General office management such as ordering of all office supplies, payment of some. invoices, reporting office infrastructure issues.  Provide admin support on the processing of travel requests.  Provide general admin support to the Services team as required.
