Provide full administrative support to the Resource Planning Team. Assist Resource Planning Manager in designing systems to ensure effective operation. of HR function. Expedite all administration tasks required by resource planning activities. (scheduling/setting up assessments/interviews, correspondence, medicals, reference. checking etc. Support recruitment & selection activities by administering assessments tests and. sitting on interview panels where appropriate. Deliver projects as agreed with Resource Planning Manager. Understand the business and ensure that all HR practices comply with organisational. policy. Ensure any information which comes to light that may have an impact on safety of. operations is promptly communicated to the relevant parties and recorded as. necessary. Contribute to the improved efficiency of HR practices by working on projects to. enhance the effectiveness of HR and ultimately customer service. Provide support to the business in order to provide solutions to enhance the. effectiveness of HR and customer service delivery within HR RU. Manage and update all relevant databases. Manage HR linked inboxes. Maintain and develop all file structures to include the document control of HR Interview. guides, Job Descriptions etc. General office management such as ordering of all office supplies, payment of some. invoices, reporting office infrastructure issues. Provide admin support on the processing of travel requests. Provide general admin support to the Services team as required.
