Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager - USA. Neg + Package + Relocation + Visa. ICDS are currently working with a Tier 1 US Consultancy, with interests in Ireland and the UK, to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager for a Data Centre project in USA (various locations available. You will be responsible for managing the cost elements of your projects from pre-construction through to final account agreement. -Senior QS/Cost Management. -Previous/current Data Centre project experience an advantage. -Team Management. -Client facing. -Strong M&E package management. Suitable candidates will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 3 years‘ post grad experience working in a similar role. Our client will also consider candidates with a main contracting or developers background.
