Quantity Surveyor – Building Main Contractor – London. A respectable building main contractor are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage, procure and oversee contracts located in London area. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing day to day / weekly activities on-sites throughout their project lifecycle while working with the Site Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget. This is a full-time site / head office based role. Their projects vary from Residential New Builds to Industrial New Builds and Commercial Retail New Builds. Required Experience: • Minimum of 3/4 years’ post-graduate experience with a building contractor. • Strong knowledge of the UK construction industry and its practices. • Qualified to Degree Level.
