FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Procurement Office Manager for temporary role based in Dublin 2. Responsibilities: Reporting and providing administrative support to the Assistant Principal in Operations. Supervising clerical officers including the Reception role. Preparing Procurement documentation. Supplier management (POs, invoices, service levels etc.) Updating website and intranet. Requirements: Experience with administrative support in the Operations Unit across a range of areas including Procurement, Purchase Management, Facilities Management, Communications and Data Protection. Knowledge of updating websites via a Content Management Systems (CMS) or public procurement processes. Very good MS Office skills (MS Word and Excel) and excellent administrative skills.
