A leading Irish insurer based in West Dublin is seeking to hire a Documentation Manager on a 6 month FTC. The role will involve coordinating reviews of all customer documentation across various departments and projects, ensuring all documentation adheres to the company’s high quality standards as well as using “Plain English” to ensure customer friendliness. Responsibilities: Understand the links between various documents and departments. Ensure consistency in all documents produced in relation to language and terminology used as well as compliance with internal procedures. Work with other departments to ensure all interested parties have ability to produce documentation of required standard (claims, IT, compliance, underwriting, customer service. Manage/lead various projects within different departments. Other duties as required. Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of insurance industry and insurance documentation. 5 years’ experience in project management role. Project management qualification. Strong writing skills and ability to write complex documents in Plain English.
