Salary: €35,000 - €45,000. A leading insurance brokerage in South Dublin is looking to a hire a Health and Benefits Consultant. The successful candidate will join a team dealing with all aspects of group insurance. Responsibilities: Administration of client employee benefit schemes. Manage group risk and healthcare benefit providers for own client base using negotiating and influencing skills. Liaise with pension admins and consultants in relation to risk benefits. Deal with internal and external queries. Plan and organise renewals, utilising technology including CRM and workflow systems. Experience and Qualifications: Relevant third leve degree. QFA required. Previous experience with pension admin, employee benefits and group risk policies.
