A multinational insurance broker based in South County Dublin is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer/MiFID II Specialist to take responsibilities for the company’s MiFID II operations across all business units. This role reports directly to Head of Compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the organisation is compliant with all regulations and practices relating to MiFID II. This PCF role will involve implementing new compliance procedures, frameworks and documentation as well as developing a quality compliance monitoring programme. The ideal candidate will hold an ACOI qualification and third level degree with 5 years’ experience in compliance within financial services. The will also have practical experience of Irish and EU Directives and Regulations, particularly MiFID II.
