Senior Quantity Surveyor – Co. Galway. Tier 1 Building Main Contractor are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Co. Galway. You will be working on a new build student accommodation which includes 63 apartments. The proposed accommodation is arranged in 5 no. blocks which vary in height from 3 to 5 storeys. The role involves dealing with all aspects of pre and post contract surveying and cost management, including managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project basis, in conjunction with the management team and wider Construction team. Essential: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. 7 years + Quantity Surveying experience within a relevant sector in the Construction industry. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
