Your purpose as Concession Manager will be to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales to meet and exceed targets and also support the leadership of a team. Responsibilities: Put the customer first and act as a role model. Know your market customer type and drive customer loyalty. Influence and control all store KPIs, budgets, wage costs and expenses. Highlight & feedback commercial opportunities to Line Manager. Ensure store teams achieve their stock loss targets and manage write offs to Company guidelines. Regularly review windows, store environment and layout for customer shop-ability. Manage daily replenishment, option & size checks and taking appropriate action where needed. The ideal candidate will be/have: Understanding of KPI's and how to drive them. Commercial, result drive, experienced professional. Sales and customer focused with keen understanding of what great retail standards look like. Act and operate on their own initiative to deputise for Line Manager. Self-awareness and self-development.
