A large commercial services management company are looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to complete the HR team as part of a restructure within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing Employee Relations advice at all levels whilst ensuring the organisation is compliant in relation to employee law and legislation. Responsibilities include: Process end to end recruitment. Providing accurate & professional employment law advice to line managers on all employee relations issues. TUPE advice and guidance. Advising and processing redundancies or temporary layoffs. Communicating with Unions across Ireland to resolve any employee issues as they arise. Preparing for and representing the company at Third Party Hearings in partnership with our legal team. Planning and developing policies, procedures and practices within the organisation. Supporting management with ongoing disciplines and grievances. Liaising with management on performance and absence management, company policies and employment legislation. Experience required: HR Degree or equivalent ,ideally with CIPD qualification. 5 years’ experience in a HR environment. Services industry experience needed. ER/IR experience essential. Experience within a unionised environment. Experience of providing advice and guidance at management level. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
