Our client is an owner run family business, traveling a waterway that runs through hidden Ireland, mooring in country villages and small towns. An ideal candidate should have the following skills. At least 1-2 years of experience working in a 4/5* hotel, high end restaurant, country house, high end guest house, ski chalet or onboard a cruise ship. Fluent English speaking, reading & writing. Requires knowledge of all aspects of good quality restaurant service, housekeeping and guest relations. Great attitude, willingness to learn and good presentation. Willing to commit to a 5-month contract, working a 7 days week. Excellent package including time off, live aboard accommodation and meals provided. INDFB.
