My award winning client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to help develop and implement a Learning & Development Strategy in line with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role can offer the right person a leadership HR role in a fast-moving and dynamic organization. Your duties would include ( but are not limited to): Designing, developing and delivering training programs to employees. Managing all of the activities involved in the assessment, planning, preparation and delivery of learning and development programs. Developing strong relationships with managers in order to ensure the L&D programs are having the desired effect. Using company and market data insights in order to influence and create future learning programs. Identify, evaluate and select external training resources. Owning and managing the company in house use of the Learning Management System. Analyzing internal training processes and evaluating new and existing ones to enhance the internal value and impact. Basic Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resource Management Business, or related fields. Membership of a professional body such as IITD or CIPD. Previous HR and L&D experience, IT background preferably (Min 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead, persuade, influence and effect change across the business to all relevant partners and their teams and across business services.
