My client, a well-established firm in Cork City are currently seeking a full time Conveyancing Solicitor who has transactional experience in commercial and residential conveyancing and commercial leases. The firm offers a large range of services, including litigation, conveyancing, family law, employment law, will and probate and commercial work. Staff parking is available. The successful candidate will: Have 5-10 years' experience in conveyancing. Experience in drafting wills, probate and administration of estates. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be capable of managing their own case load and working as part of a team. Have the ability to delegate administrative tasks to legal secretaries. Be able to prioritise and work under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines. Have excellent IT skills to include ability to use a case management system. Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to foster trusted relationships with their clients. Have an ability to recognise and follow through on business development opportunities.
