Our client is currently seeking a Claims Handler to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great role that offers career progress with excellent benefits as well. There is also a relocation package on offer for a successful candidate. You will be a strong administrator with a background in a role with high attention to detail. The role will be processing claims - sorting receipts, payments to be made. Good IT skills and fluent in GERMAN . You will be joining a very fast paced and challenging environment with an open plan style office environment. RESPONSIBILITIES. You will be processing claims (worldwide) in accordance with company policy and within set time frames. Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting. Consistently contribute to departmental success by meeting agreed personal and team targets for both productivity and quality. Develop healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional, solution-focused manner to ensure an efficient response is provided. YOUR BACKGROUND. You will be fluent in German and English. Have 1 year Administration / Accounts experience. Experience working with tight deadlines. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word.
