Our client is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great role that offers career progress with excellent benefits as well. The role will be processing claims - sorting receipts, payments to be made. Good IT skills and fluent in FRENCH . You will be joining a very fast paced and challenging environment with an open plan style office environment. RESPONSIBILITIES. Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting. Consistently contribute to departmental success by meeting agreed personal and team targets for both productivity and quality. Develop healthy inter-departmental relationships by responding to internal customer queries in a professional, solution-focused manner to ensure an efficient response is provided. YOUR BACKGROUND. You will be fluent in French and English. Have 1 years Administration / Accounts experience. Experience working with tight deadlines. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word.
