Our client, a leading healthcare company based in the North West of Ireland, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities: Research to identify new leads and business opportunities, pitching for new business, with a strong focus on larger corporate deals. Developing quotes and proposals for new accounts. Contacting new potential clients via email, phone or visit to establish rapport and set up meetings. Providing event support for accounts. Achieving set sales targets, mutually set annually by the company and Marketing Business Development Manager. Provide weekly and monthly reports on revenue, activities, opportunities, and roadblocks. Identify product training needs for each client and liaise to create and implement effective action plans. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Keeping up to date with all industry trends. Requirements: Degree in business or marketing. Must have 3-5 years of B2B sales within Pharmacy or FMCG. 3-5 years’ experience working with multinational companies. 3-5-year experience of cold calling with proven track record. Proven track record of consistent year on year sales growth.
