Salary: Up to 35k basic and 20k commission. What does the role of a Business Development Representative entail? Drive new sales opportunities using outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification. Interact with prospects via telephone, email, LinkedIn etc. Put together value props for prospects. Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives. Work closely with Account Executives to create new opportunities in that territory. What does a succesfull sales executive look like? Someone who has a desire and passion to grow their career in software sales. At least 1 year experience in a hunting role (outbound strategies. Someone who has a disipline and can maintain reaching KPI's and Targets. Lots of motivation, high energy and enthusiasm! A second European language is an advantage!
