Fexco Tax Free Shopping are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dublin Airport on a short term fixed term contract. The hours of work will vary between 14 - 37.5 hours per week. Job Purpose. The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is the direct point of contact for customers and is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a superior level of help and service with their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and therefore responsible for the professional perception of the VAT refund service. Successful applicants must be flexible and willing to work casual hours on a weekly basis in line with business requirements. Main Responsibilities. Provide first-call resolution to all customers seeking VAT Refunds. Ensure ownership of customer queries/requests. Investigate and resolve issues within specific time frames, while maintaining agreed service levels. Take ownership for all aspects of customer service and ongoing business process improvements. Protect the FEXCO brand by being quality focused with attention to detail at all times. Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs. Other tasks that the supervisor deems appropriate to the position. Experience Required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required. Previous customer service experience is required. Computer literate with excellent typing skills. Competencies Required. The successful candidate is likely to be: Customer focused with a proven track record within a relevant customer services environment. Flexible and adaptable in respect of working hours. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Strong numerical skills. Ability to work as part of a Team.
