IT Production Support Engineer- Kerry. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented Graduates to join our client's production support team. We will consider degree graduates or candidates at a junior level for these roles. Full training will be provided. An understanding of the below would be great but extensive industry experience is not essential. In addition to some technical skills, you need to demonstrate good communication skills and also have a strong customer focus. Essential Abilities. Smart, driven and fast learners. Logical thinker who enjoys problem solving. Organised and methodical approach under pressure. Self-starter. Proactive - provide solutions to problems before they surface. Diligent and a strong eye for detail. Excellent communication skills (we work globally so strong written and verbal skills are an absolute requirement. About you. Have experience in a similar position OR have recently graduated from college with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Understanding of Linux and/or UNIX operating systems desirable. Understanding of Java desirable. Understanding of SQL desirable. Understanding of Application Servers desirable. Troubleshooting skills and analytical mind set. Team orientated and happy to reach out for assistance or assist others.
