IT Sales Rep – French/German. Cork. FTC. Our client, a multinational organisation in the IT sector is recruiting an IT Sales Representative with fluent French/German and English to join their existing team in Cork to cover a maternity leave contract. While the role is initially a contract role there may be an opportunity for extension. Responsibilities. Build and maintain excellent product knowledge. Work to specific KPIs and targets. Register and activate new resellers on internal system. Provide training to resellers on products. Outbound customer service, sales and collections calls. Liaise with other areas of the business as required. Process orders, billing and generate POs. Track sales activity and prepare reports. Ensure the internal database is updated in an efficient and timely manner. Other related activities as required. Requirements. Fluent in French/German and English. Previous experience in a B2B sales role preferably in the IT sector/Shared Services Centre/BPO. Experience using online web tools including providing demos through webinar. Knowledge of cloud software is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner. Demonstrated accountability. Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
