Our client, based in East Cork , is looking for an Operations/Production Manager for their food production facility. This is new role that has come about due to expansion and added production requirements. This is a 24/6 production facility and they are looking for someone who would come in and drive performance and optimise the shift patterns. The facility has high quality and H&S standards and would require someone who is quality focused and familiar with working in a compliance driven environment. You will have a professional qualification (technical/production/business) and a minimum of 5 years production management in a high volume production facility. You will be driven with high energy levels and a passion for process improvements and change facilitation and management. You will be a self starter and problem solver who is proactive and have strong planning skills. You will be joining an established, Irish owned company who is growing to keep up the demands for their products.
