Role Duties: Work with Operations Manager to manage placement coordinators. Review client performance against agree KPI’s and drive performance. Client visits and support for Client relationship managers/regional offices. Do 1:1 with team members and reports back as appropriate. Drive team KPI performance against agreed targets. Manage macro changes i.e. pay rates etc. Manage HR queries (internal / external. Report building and analysis. Roster management. Key Requirements: Experience in a similar role is essential. Management experience required for this role. Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature. Strong attention to detail with customer service experience. Experience with Microsoft Packages including Excel/ Powerpoint and Word. Reporting to: Operations Manager / Director. This role is moving quickly.
