As part of a HR team of 4 in the healthcare industry, the HR Manager will be a proactive professional who will deliver HR solutions in a high performance ,commercially focused business. This exciting role, requires UK and European travel to assist with the development, implementation and coordination of our HR policies, processes, practices, and programs in Ireland and Europe. Role requirements: Strategic relationship building with key decision makers. Planning to ensure all current and future HR needs are supported and nurtured. Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of our HR policies, processes, practices, and programs in Ireland and Europe. Management of HR Information Systems (HRIS. Delivery of HR Reports as required for SGMT and Board level. Assisting in ER, disciplinary and grievance processes and development of PIP required. Working to ensure retention, succession and workforce plans are in place to maintain overall talent strength within the organisation. Fostering a healthy, fun work culture and supporting CSR initiatives. GDPR champion for the organisation. Thorough understanding of Irish, Northern Irish, UK and European employment legislation to ensure that the organisation remains compliant at all times. Compensation and Benefits Planning using Willis Tower Watson for benchmarking. Developing and updating HR Policies in line with legislation and industry changes. Managing and delivering of HR projects. Ideal candidate specifications: Degree with CIPD qualification in HR or related discipline. 5 years HR management experience. Full clean driving license. Experience with European Hr practices. Preference for basic understanding of Dutch and Nordic employment law. Prior experience of mergers and acquisitions would be preferable but not a prerequisite.
