Our client based in South Dublin next to the Luas Green line is seeking a recruit an experienced Customer Account professional with full payment run responsibility to join their team for a 9-month contract. This is a varied position with key responsibilities and you much have strong systems focus as there are multiple ones in use with a focus on SAP and Excel. You must be happy to manipulate and extract information from different systems to generate reports as well as confirm and allocate payments. This is a key position within the company. The role covers a lot of different elements and you must be happy to switch between functions. The company is located in a beautiful new building and provided lunch each day as well as other drinks and snacks in the canteen. There is free parking available and it is located a few minutes walk from the Luas Green Line. This is a progressive company and although this role is only 9 months - once onboard - you would be eligible to apply for any position that is being advertised internally. As well as owning the payments process - you will ultimately be responsible for the handling of customer queries for all customers. The position owns the processes undertaken to resolve customer issues. They are responsible for the customer experience at the point of issue - aiming to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
