Duties of the role To work with the divisional new name team in Dublin & Overseas to undertake market research and identify investment opportunities from clients across Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare services and food. To setup and handle site visits from target companies, building relationships with senior visiting executive and providing follow up information upon completion of site visits; To demonstrate knowledge of and to fluently articulate Ireland’s value proposition for the respective sector; To maintain and update information on existing companies, target companies and industry trends using CRM; To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned. To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process; To work with the global team to provide timely, accurate and compelling information in response to client requests for information relating to prospective investments. To support executives in Ireland or overseas in planning and running of industry networking events and/or attendance/exhibition at conferences. Education & Experience 3rd level business/sector related qualification. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the area of life sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech or med-tech) is desirable but not essential. Full driving license is essential.
