Our client requires a strong HR Recruiter for6-month contract (or may go longer) to oversee recruitment campaigns in busy site - previous experience in this environment - based in Mayo. HR Recruiterwill be part of the HR team-leading recruiting activities for the company across all recruitment requirements in a busy manufacturing environment. This individual will have to utilise all the recruiting and assessment tools available in order to pro-actively identify, screen and assess talented candidates based on the company's competencies. They will interface with HR and hiring managers on both current openings as well as more long-term issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Focusing on recruitment across a number of key areas, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources both in Ireland and internationally. Conducting extensive internet and database searches for the purpose of generating candidates for open vacancies as well as for mid to long term projects. Managing outside third party vendors as the main contact, such that the hiring process is consistently followed and good relationships are maintained. Conducting phone interviews and making contact with potential candidates which are typically generated by research, cold calling, and custom tailored marketing plans, as well as internal systems. Supporting internal and external clients with a high degree of customer service. Oversee that all recruitment activity is monitored to ensure compliance with statutory and legislations guidelines. Requirements: Degree with 2-3 years previous experience in recruiting professional manufacturing personnel and managerial levels candidates. Advanced social media user with strong experience in different attraction for including database search, advertising, and referral campaigns. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish a strong relationship with business managers. Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients are required. Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate professional manner. Strong teamwork in an environment where any and all duties can be shared. Strong knowledge of the use of the internet as a research and recruiting tool. For further information.
