Job Introduction: For our client, a well-established independent Irish provider of logistics based in Ringaskiddy, we are currently seeking WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR. Main duties: Assist in managing the live sales order list. Handle warehouse calls and emails. Manage and maintain any spreadsheets, logs etc. that are designated as yours to manage and maintain. Assist with the booking in of incoming purchase orders and general scheduling of incoming loads. Assist with all clerical tasks related to aim of the role. Communicate all issues and updates to Warehouse Supervisor. Requirements: Experience in transport office ideal. Highly organized with good time management skills. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Accuracy and attention to detail for data input. Own transport.
