They are looking for a French speaker for Online Client Services. What you will be doing in this job: You will be dealing with clients via written support – emails and online chat and social media. Dealing with social media campaigns. You will be supporting bugs. Assisting with invoicing. Working with client advertising platforms. Analysing client situations. Becoming familiar with company products so as to educate clients on them. Other administration duties. Experience required. Written and spoken fluent French. Written and spoken fluent English. Client Services experience. Experience in online advertising. Excellent communication skills. Product knowledge or presales experience is a strong advantage.
