German Marketing Team Leader. Dublin. Salary 48k. Permanent. Are you a German speaking Team Leader with a Marketing background? They are looking for a German speaker for a Marketing Team Lead role where you will be managing a Team of 20. Responsibilities will include: Leading a team of account managers and campaign managers. Relationship Manager for Client Managers. Responsible for allocating workloads to teams. Responsible for One to Ones, Appraisals, Target setting and achieving. Holding client meetings. Responsible for Campaign Management reports. Presentations. Assisting your Team in achieving their goals and working as part of the team. Experience required : Written and spoken fluent German. Written and spoken fluent English. At least 3 years Team lead experience. Experience in Client Service or Account Management. Marketing Campaign Management experience. High level of Internet and Social Media. You need to be Techy. Excellent communication skills.
