We are currently recruiting for commi, chef de partie and sous chef roles in Galway, Clare & Mayo for both seasonal and permanent roles. Successful candidates will have: A professional culinary qualifcation (or be working towards one. Previous experience in 4 star properties. Experience working in high volume, high quality locations. Excellent attention to detail and an ambition to excel. Team work ethic with the ability to work alone when required. Ability to maintain excellent communcations with team members and customers. Proven experience working with HACCP and food saftey legislation. Experience in purchasing, stock control and knowledge of GP achievement.
