Administrative Assistant: Job Description: This is an administrative position to support a growing team. This admin will work in the area of insurance and finance. Attention to detail and delivery of a quality service are integral aspects of this role. Responsibilities: This position will require attention to detail and a strong analytical ability. Management of sales pipelines. Answering any queries in an efficient and professional manner. Working to regulations. Documentation compliance including investigations and analysis. Continuous improvement of processes. Maintenence of client records and documentation. General office administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, post, and processing payments. Requirements: 2 years Office Administration experience. Financial services or insurance experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Compliance experience. Ambitious self-starter. Professional with excellent telephone manner. Excellent interpersonal skills. Financial qualification is desirable. Energetic team member, looking for progression.
