Description

An energy client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Partner on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Head of HR and Operational Development, this candidate would have experience in delivering business goals with the support of management teams while always looking to improve efficiencies of the business through the HR strategy. Role responsibilities: Implement and develop the HR strategy in line with the organisation directives. Work closely with the leadership teams and internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and support on ER issues to colleagues and stakeholders. Have proven ways to maximise opportunities and organisational effectiveness. Encourage and develop high level of engagement between staff and management. Recruitment of senior management. Support organisational values by leading by example. Essential skills and experience: Degree with CIPD accreditation. Senior level HR experience. Experience in business planning and leading change management programmes. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including: communications, talent acquisition and management, leadership development, performance management, engagement, reward and recognition. Proven track record of enhancing business performance and change through effective people strategies and working with a senior leadership team.
