The Noel Group are recruiting an Administrator for a busy and growing Company based in Dublin 18. This is a Permanent position with progression opportunities. Roles and duties. Answering telephone and directing calls. Meet and Greet. Organising diary events. General Office Duties. Ordering office supplies. Liaising with office maintenance and IT maintenance. Post in and out. Filing. Assisting in ISO, safety and project prequal documents coordination. Assisting Accounts as necessary - collating lists etc. Assisting Quantity Surveyors as necessary - arithmetic checks, phone calls to suppliers etc. Secretarial Duties. HTB verifications on ROS. Coordinating paperwork for house sale contracts. Maintaining insurance renewal files. Maintaining Health and Safety files. Compiling project technical safety files. Compiling BCAR paperwork.
