HR Support Officer. Our client, a not for profit organisation based in Dublin City Centre is currently recruiting for a HR Support Officer. This is a contract opportunity up to the 31st December 2019. The salary for this position is €25,909 per annum. Job Purpose. The HR Support Officer is responsible for maintaining effective HR administration systems and providing general administrative support. Working closely with existing HR team, there will be a key focus on providing HR systems support across the company. They will also liaise with colleagues in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the delivery of a service of HR excellence. Responsibilities: Respond to HR queries and information requests in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with end-to-end recruitment and selection process (e.g. arranging & preparing interview documentation, participating in interviews, reference checking etc.) Provide administrative support to the team e.g. drafting employment contracts, letters etc. Organise and participate in the induction and on-boarding of all new staff members. Assist with reviewing of all HR policies and procedures. Provide advice and support to both line managers and staff in line with Internal and Statutory policies and HR best practices. Maintain and monitor information on HR systems to ensure accuracy of data. Extract data from HR systems for HR metrics reporting. Provide first point of contact for any staff queries in relation to the HR systems. Organise and participate in HR system training for staff. Liaise with the system support providers to escalate system queries. Other ad hoc admin duties. Requirements: 1 -2 years' experience within a professional HR environment.
