HR Administrator. CPL HR are seeking a HR Administrator on an initial 12 month contract with a services organisation based in South Dublin/Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities. Support the full recruitment lifecycle- from initial job posting to placement. Coordinating new joiner process, monitoring probationary periods, and conducting exit interviews as required. Update and maintain HR details and personnel records. To assist in the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures. Provide up to date employment legislation & best practice advice to senior managment. Key Requirements. HR degree or related discipline. 1+ years HR Admin experience.
