Application details/procedure: In your role with the Regulator of the National Lottery, you will be assisting Senior Officers/Managers with clerical work on a day-to-day basis. This will include preparing correspondence, filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception desk duties, etc. under the supervision of a designated manager. Working as part of a team, you will be providing the highest quality standards in customer service. Your IT skills for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and internet will be utilised to maintain high quality records in a thorough and organised manner. In addition, you will have the opportunity to draft correspondence and respond to queries from a wide range of people seeking information. The role will also provide you with the opportunity for analysing reports, preparing, scrutinising and verifying documents, statistics and records along with making and checking calculations. A wide ranging and interesting role awaits! REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication and Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Minimum of two years’ experience.
