SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an Admin Clerk for our Client based in St Margaret’s, Co. Dublin. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate in a large company that provides excellent training and career progression opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing administrative support in a busy office - primarily phone answering, filing, scanning, data entry, query handling via phone and email. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of systems on a daily basis; • Strong attention to detail; • Fast and accurate keyboard skills – typing speed min 40 wpm; • Excellent phone manner and good customer service skills. RATE OF PAY: €10.97 per hour until 7pm, €14.26 after 7pm. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 11.30am-8pm or 12.30pm-9pm. You need to be flexible to work morning shifts if required. JOB CODE: QED0005.
