Description

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an international organisation and take full responsibility for the administration of its Dublin office. Your main responsibilities: Managing administrative tasks; Coordinating long-term organizational planning; Organizing meetings and managing day to day operations; Ordering stationery, equipment and furniture; Dealing with correspondence, couriers, contracts and queries; Preparing letters and reports; Managing office budget and banks; Liaising with staff and suppliers; Overseeing company’s operating procedures regarding administrative aspects; Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems; Managing the administrative responsibilities across new offices worldwide; Attending meetings with senior management; Coordinating appointment schedules and calendar, conferences and teleconferences; Managing and organizing data and documentation systems including cloud servers, internal drives and external data storage; Assisting with miscellaneous ad-hoc projects. You have: University or post grad degree. 4+ years' experience in office administration. Strong analytical and managerial skills. Fluent English.
