Top Security Cork is looking for a Credit Controller with Customer Service experience to join the team. This is a dual role with time spent between Credit Control & Customer Service. The role will involve a high level of customer communication via inbound and outbound calls as well as exposure to back office work on analysis, account reviews and liaising with Alarm installation companies. Credit Control Responsibilities: Account, credit / cash collections, reconciliations. Administration tasks to be completed to daily/weekly/month timetable. Management of Debtors Ledger. Contacting Debtors through phone calls, emails and letters. Achieving Company Cash Collection Targets. Daily posting of Cash Receipts. Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and provide support to clients as needed. Customer Service Responsibilities: Respond to emails and telephone queries. Liaising with Alarm Installation Companies. Database management. Experience and skills required: 2-3 years credit control / collections experience. Customer service experience. Sound numerical and analytical skills. Strong problem solving skills. Possess excellent administration skills. Good attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
