Gc Auto Spares is urgently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Fermoy Co Cork The successful candidate will have plenty of room to progress and expand, and ideally will have a background in Account/Office Management/Office Assistant. Responsibilities. Handle the company’s financial records, enter data, assist with budget preparations, Record financial transactions, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements; update the trial balance; manage the profit-loss statement and balance sheets; manage payroll and prepares month end reporting pack for the company and compile reports to show information and statistics. Highly experienced in monthly management accounting, budgeting, cash flows, tax, VAT bookkeeping, credit control and payroll. To be a key team member and leader, who can also work on own initiative. Preparation of monthly cash flow statements and monthly management Highlighting key business activities and KPI’s for the team. Requirements. Accounts experience to trial balance required. On-line banking and reconciliation of accounts. Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular. Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers. Experience working on Systems i.e. Quik Book, Thesaurus. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
