My client, based in Sligo, is looking to hire a strong marketing professional who has experience managing a busy marketing department, has strategic planning experience and has worked on new product development planning. Responsibilities: Managing a small-medium sized marketing department. Oversee all e-commerce marketing, B2B and B2C. Working closely with the sales team to ensure company sales objectives are met. Development and implementation of a 5-year rolling NPD plan. Working with management to ensure product launches are effective and meet deadlines. Requirements: Must have a relevant third level marketing qualification. 5+ years experience in a similar type role. Experience with e-commerce and a proven track record with brand management. Must have excellent leadership skills. Must have previous strategic planning and NPD experience. Must be creative, a strong team player and ability to excel in a changing fast paced environment.
