Head of HR Shared Services. Sanderson is working in partnership with a very well established large Irish business that continues to go from strength to strength as evidenced by their market share role and their strategic investments in people, systems and HR operations. This Head of HR Shared Services role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SR HR Operations Manager to lead on an HR Change Programme and build a worldclass HR Ops function. Key Responsibilities: Taking a lead role in a change management program that will realign HR within the group. Design and implement the HR Shared Services model and team. Bring external shared services expertise to build the new approach and team. Influence and provide expert advice to a highly functioning management team globally on all things HR. Develop HR solutions by collecting and analysing information; recommending actions. Challenge the business, drive the transformation and growth agenda from an HR perspective that improves overall organisational effectiveness, delivery of HR services that support the employee life cycle. Continually assesses the effectiveness and implementation of the HR Shared Services model globally, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and the HR team deliver to the agreed global and local service. Prepare presentations and data/insights analysis working with HRBPs and subject matter experts as required. Executing ad hoc projects or supporting in the roll out of specific projects. Experience Required. Experience leading the transformation team and HR offering. Proven experience in driving transformation projects and balancing project management with operational demand. 10 years of HR experience in a shared services environment. Strong experience in employee life cycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and talent development, payroll and reward administration, data analysis and presentations. In-depth knowledge of Human Resources legislation, employment law, principles, policies, and procedures and employee relations. Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and be able to build relationships. Ability to partner with and influence a complex set of stakeholders to drive change.
