Order Fulfilment. Permanent Role. County Meath Ireland. Order Fulfilment Assistant. We are looking for a detail orientated, self motivated person with experience of order fulfilment and stock management. You will ideally have circa 6-12 months experience in a similar role and a genuine desire to learn and develop more. This is a very unique business operation and if you have an interest in role playing games this could be your dream job. Travel to trade shows and conventions in Europe will be needed. Really good company to work. The role includes; Managing orders including pick, pack and fulfil customer orders and management of fulfilment of orders. Stock management including routine audits of inventory. Business support such as reception duties; answering phone calls, logging mail and greeting visitors. First line customer service, dealing with queries about products and orders. Ordering supplies. Maintenance of the office premises ensuring it is a clean, tidy and safe environment for all. Assisting other members of staff with their duties. Attendance at EU and UK trade shows, transporting stock and setting up/dismantling trade stands. Ad-hoc tasks as needed. The right person will have; Experience of fulfilment and supply management. Experience in using standard MS office computer programmes, in particular Excel, as well as some web based programmes. Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are essential.A proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent approach to working in a team and building a supportive working environment. Desirable skills include, a forklift licence, manual and handling certification.
