Production Controller with ISO 9001 knowledge. Location: South Dublin. Salary: €35-45K Neg DOE. Shift-hours: 7am-3pm & 3pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. Reporting directly to MD. Our client, a progressive leader manufacturer of labelling and packaging for clients is seeking to hire an experienced Production Controller with experience of maintaining quality documentation and knowledge of ISO 9001. This role will report directly to the MD. You will take working within the QC area, overseeing a small team (3-4 staff) and ensure compliance with QMS and other associated duties. The successful hire will have a hands-on approach in working to consistently meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements and in addition will have the ability to dealing with Auditors and visiting clients and Regulatory Consultants arriving on site. in addition. Responsibilities: Ensuring QMS is in place for our clients to achieve its obligations under ISO90001 & 9000 standards. Dealing with ISO standard audits, Customer audits and oversight of the internal audit plan. Providing culture of compliance and customer satisfaction to comply with the companies’ approach to its QC Function. Ensure all the relevant documentation for each client is in order to effectively manage and develop our key clients. Actively drive and monitor the processes to ensure compliance with internal workflow processes. Maintaining all internal records as required in accordance with ISO and GDPR requirements.
