Immediate contract opportunities for Senior Business Analysts to support my client on a global rollout of a new insurance platform and be part of a large scale transformation programme. You will support my clients programme team and play an instrumental role working across key stakeholders, work stream leads and the business to ensure embedding and implementation is completed successful. Previous experience in the insurance sector or professional services is highly sought after. Key skills - At least seven years experience as a Business Analyst. Previous experience supporting large scale change across multiple sites in Ireland or at a global level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, attention to detail, methodical, end to end business analysis experience. Process design and documentation – ideally including previous SLA experience. Solid stakeholder management skills. Previous change implementation experience. Polished, professional, assertive, excellent client facing skills.
