Due to the expansion of Cpl Healthcare’s Nursing team, an excellent opportunity now exists to work in our Dublin Head Office as a Recruitment Resourcer. It is essential for this role speak fluent Spanish and English. Job Responsibilities for Nursing Recruitment Resourcer: Sourcing, screening and interviewing Nursing candidates to assess their suitability. Generating new candidates through networking, advertising, marketing & promotional work. Developing a network of contacts. Assisting in identifying relevant marketing tools. Creating and managing successful advertising campaigns. Understanding the need for candidates and source them appropriately. Researching alternative social media sites and groups. Job Requirements: Essential. Fluent Spanish and English language skills. A genuine focus on providing a high quality service. Attention to detail. A positive can do attitude. Time management skills.
